Kathmandu - Nepal's Ambassador to Hungary, Ramesh Prasad Khanal has presented his letter or credence to President of Hungary Janos Ader.
Khanal presented his credence amidst a special ceremony organized at Sandor Palace in Budapest of Hungary.
On the occasion, Ambassador Khanal passed on a message of goodwill, friendship and cooperation on behalf of Nepal's President and Prime Minister to the government and people of Hungary, shared the Nepali Embassy in Germany.
Noting that there are umpteen opportunities to further consolidate the 55-year-old diplomatic relation between Nepal and Hungary, he laid emphasis on the increase in the volume of trade, tourism and cultural cooperation between two countries.
President Janos welcomed Ambassador Khanal and expressed happiness over the growing volume of trade, tourism and economic cooperation between Hungary and Nepal
The ceremony was attended by high-level government officials of Hungary.
Earlier, Khanal, also the Ambassador to Germany, offered floral tribute to Heroes Square in Budapest.
