Attacked when money taken in the name of sending abroad not returned

KATHMANDU, Oct 3: It has been revealed that the operator of the PK Diagnostic Center operating in Pingalasthan, Gaushala, Kathmandu, was attacked by a person known to him. On Monday, Sabir Hussain, the brother of Sajan Hussain, the operator of the diagnostic center, was stabbed. Sikil Dev Sahani, a resident of Rautahat, who was involved in the attack was arrested, Superintendent of Police (SP) of District Police Range Kathmandu Kumod Dhungel told Ratopati.

Two people including the arrested Sikil Dev Sahani, had come to Kathmandu from Rautahat aiming for foreign employment. There were transactions between the main accused who is currently absconding and Sabir. The main accused had gone to the diagnostic center and demanded the money from Sabir which Sabir took in the name of sending them abroad. When they did not get the money, they attacked Sabir, according to the Police officers involved in the investigation.

SP Kumod Dhungel informed that they are searching for the main accused.
