60 kg gold smuggling case: Debate of Government attorney ends, Defendants’ lawyers debating from today

KATHMANDU, Sep 29: The debate from the side of the government attorneys that started on Wednesday, has ended in the recent case of smuggling of 60 kg 716 grams of gold. 

With the end of the debate from the side of the government attorneys, the detention debate has started today in the bench of Kathmandu District Court judge Madhav Prasad Mainali. The lawyers on behalf of the defendants are debating today.

26 people are currently in police custody in the case.
