"Hello Sarkar" to be operated 24/7 from today

KATHMANDU, Sep 3: The government has implemented the "Hello Sarkar" service to be operated 24 hours every day.

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda launched the service on Sunday by extending it to three shifts.

The government has made arrangements to address and answer your inquiries through the "Hello Sarkar" desk immediately. 

The service, which had been in operation for the past 12 years, could only be accessed through Nepal Telecom. But now it can be accessed through Ncell as well. You can also send your inquiries through phones, emails, Facebook, Twitter, Viber, Whatsapp and various other portals.

The Government of Nepal has deployed 25 employees, along with 3 Deputy Secretaries, in 3 shifts to operate the service 24/7. The inquiries sent to Hello Sarkar will also be sent to the concerned bodies for better solutions. Along with that, the inquiries sent to the Office of Prime Minister and Council of Ministers will also be addressed directly.

Chief Secretary Dr. Baikuntha Aryal also informed that a Rapid Response Team has been formed to address the inquiries sent through Hello Sarkar. The Response Team will monitor whether the inquiries are being addressed or not and will take the initiative to find solutions to the inquiries.

The Chief Secretary, other secretaries, department heads, officials from various ministries and central bodies and other employees from Hello Sarkar are involved in the Rapid Response Team.
