KATHMANDU, Sep 3: The writ filed in the Supreme Court against the Chief Minister of the Koshi Province Uddhav Thapa, saying the vote of confidence he took was unconstitutional, is going to be heard today.
The writ is again scheduled to be heard today after it was put on the ‘cannot be heard’ list on Friday. The writ which could not be heard on Friday, was scheduled for hearing in the joint bench of Justices Ishwar Prasad Khatiwada and Sushmalata Mathema.
