During his meeting with PM Dahal this morning on Wednesday, Biplav asked not to implement the 12-point explanatory note until a written opinion from the United States was received. But PM Dahal replied that there was nothing he could do, as the MCC has already entered the employee level, CPN leader Anil Sharma Birahi informed Ratopati.

He said that Biplav has also been preparing to meet leaders of other parties regarding MCC. It is said that Biplav had a meeting with PM Dahal for about 2 hours about MCC.
