HoR meeting adjourned until Wednesday

KATHMANDU, Aug 22: The House of Representatives meeting has been adjourned until Wednesday. It has been said that the meeting scheduled for 3 pm today was postponed as it is not certain whether the meeting will meet with more size although there has been a rough agreement at the top leadership level of the National parties to form an inquiry committee on the gold smuggling case.

Although it was said that a top-level meeting would be held in front of the parliament to finalize the draft prepared by Subas Nemwang, Ramesh Lekhak and Hitraj Pandey, UML Chair KP Sharma Oli was absent. Due to this, today's top-level meeting was postponed without fixing the agendas.

Following that, the Parliament Secretariat also issued a notice that the date and time of the meeting has been changed.
