Sandeep Lamichhane’s case in Justice Khatiwada’s bench

KATHMANDU, Aug 17: The rape case against cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane will be heard by the bench of Justice Rajkumar Khatiwada. The final hearing has been scheduled to be heard in the bench of number 1 Justice of the Kathmandu District Court, Rajkumar Khatiwada.

If there is no change in the final hearing, the case will be settled today. After the hearing, Sandeep, if acquitted, will be allowed to play in the Asia Cup, but if found guilty, will have to go to jail.
