UML obstructs NA meeting again

KATHMANDU, Aug 11: The main opposition party CPN UML has obstructed the National Assembly (NA) meeting held on Friday morning as well. The meeting has been adjourned till 1:01 pm on August 16.

In the meeting, the MPs of the ruling parties also stood up from their seats. NA chairperson Ganesh Prasad Timilsina requested all the MPs to take their seats in order to run the meeting regularly.

UML has been continuously obstructing the parliament demanding a high-level investigation committee in the recent gold smuggling case.
