Gold smuggling case: Two more Chinese citizens arrested

KATHMANDU, Aug 11: Two more people have been arrested in the recent gold smuggling scandal. The Immigration Office of the Tribhuwan International Airport arrested two Chinese citizens named Li Jialin and Liu Fuyan.

According to Immigration sources, they were arrested while they were about to depart for China. The Immigration Office has handed the two over to the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) for further investigation.

With this, the number of arrested in the gold smuggling case has reached 19.
