HoR meeting today, These are the agendas

KATHMANDU, Aug 11: The House of Representatives meeting has been called for 1 pm at the Federal Parliament building in New Baneshwar today.

The details of the letters regarding the assignment and Bill authentication received from the President's Office and the assignment letter received from the Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers will be read out in the House of Representatives meeting today.

In the agendas published by the Federal Parliament Secretariat, the Speaker will inform that CPN UML MP Top Bahadur Rayamajhi, who was arrested in the fake Bhutanese refugee scam, will be suspended.

Similarly, to submit the order to remove the hurdles, the Minister of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Dhanraj Gurung will submit a proposal to the Commission of Investigation of Disappeared Persons and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of 2071, Section 42, Subsection 2 to increase the work procedure of the Commission.

Likewise, Education Minister Ashok Kumar Rai will submit a proposal to send the Nepal University Bill 2080, which originated in the National Assembly, to the relevant committee for continuous discussion and the Speaker will submit the information of 10 or more MPs who are absent in the meeting for the approval of the meeting.

According to the parliament secretariat, from the changes of members in the subjective committee to reading out the names of the list of MPs absent in the meeting up to 10 times are also on the agenda.
