NA meeting being held today

KATHMANDU, Aug 11: The National Assembly meeting has been called for 11:01 am at the federal parliament building in New Baneshwar today.

The details of the letters regarding the assignment and Bill authentication received from the President's Office as well as the assignment letter received from the Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers will be read out in today’s meeting.

The possible agendas as mentioned, states that Jayanti Devi Rai, the Chairperson of the Legislative Management Committee, will submit the 'Remaining Laws Study Report 2080' according to the constitution.

But since the CPN UML has been continuously obstructing both the federal parliaments, it is not sure whether the meeting will run accordingly.
