President Paudel authenticates Bill related to Loan Sharking

KATHMANDU, July 28: President Ram Chandra Paudel authenticated the Bill related to Loan Sharking on Friday. The Bill was made to amend some Nepal Acts related to loan sharking (State Code).

Shailaja Regmi Bhattarai, Spokesperson of the President's Office, informed that the President certified the Bill in accordance with Clause (2) of Article 113 of the Constitution of Nepal.

The Bill was passed by the National Assembly unanimously on Thursday.
