Jubilee Sherpa crowned Miss Nepal North America

NEW YORK, July 23: Jubilee Sherpa has been declared the winner of the Miss Nepal North America-2023 held in New York City. She won the Miss Nepal North America title after beating 17 other contestants in the competition.

Contestants Rajila Bastola and Isha Subedi ended up as the first-runner up and the second-runner up respectively. A total of 18 contestants participated in the competition from different nations including Canada and the United States.

Nepalese icons including Actress Priyanka Karki, Aayushman Deshraj Joshi, Miss Nepal's Founding Chairman Diwakar Rajkarni, Supriya Shrestha, Reshma Ghimire, Shubhekshya Khadka, Sadikshya Shrestha came to America for the competition organized by Dreams Universal LLC New York. Shailesh Shrestha is the organiser and the Chief of this pageant.

The grand finale of the competition, held in August every year, was concluded in July this year. 11 people including Actress Priyanka Karki, Aayushman Deshraj Joshi, Diwakar Rajkarnikar, Reshmi Ghimire, Mampi Ghosh and others were the judges in the beauty pageant.

As the winner, Sherpa will be directly able to compete in the Miss Nepal competition in 2024.
