Suspicious object disposed at jewellery shop, one arrested

KATHMANDU, July 19: One person was arrested after a suspicious object was discovered at a jewellery shop. The Nepal Army's disposal team disposed of the object found in front of the Khotang Halesi Jewellers in Sinamangal.

Rautahat's resident Khajanti Pasawan, 28, was arrested based on the evidence showed in a CCTV footage, SP Sitaram Rijal told Ratopati. He informed that no explosives were found in the suspicious object.

Pamphlets of the Nepal Revolutionary Party were also found at the scene.
