Decisions of Cabinet meeting today

KATHMANDU, July 19: The meeting of the Cabinet of the Government of Nepal which was held in Baluwatar on Wednesday morning has decided to give a discount on the fees and duties incurred during company registration and capital increase. The meeting decided to publish the notification on the proposal of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply to exempt and modify the fees and duties charged for company registration and capital increase.

Similarly, the meeting has decided to appoint Dr. Ravi Malla as a member of the Board of Directors of Gangalal National Heart Center on the proposal of the Ministry of Health and Population.

The meeting also approved the visit of the delegation led by Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' to Italy.
