Speaker certifies Bills regarding budget passed by Federal Parliament

KATHMANDU, July 14: Speaker Devraj Ghimire has certified the bills related to the budget for the fiscal year 2080/81 which was passed by the meeting of both houses of the Federal Parliament.

According to Sub-Article 1 of Article 113 of the Constitution of Nepal, the Speaker certified the Appropriation Bill, 2080, the Finance Bill, 2080, and the National Debt Collection Bill, 2080, which were passed by the House of Representatives without amendment and sent back by the National Assembly without suggestions.

There is a provision that the Bills passed by both houses of the parliament will be implemented after approval from the President.
