Another LOD owner Rudil Shrestha also arrested

KATHMANDU, July 7: Rudil Ballav Shrestha, the other owner of the Lord of the Drinks (LOD) club located at Thamel, Kathmandu has also been arrested. The Lalitpur Police Range arrested Shrestha from Kupondole at 9:30 am on Friday.

The Police had obtained an arrest warrant against the two owners of the club, Rudil Ballav Shrestha and Rajusingh Suwal in the case of the rape of a 15-year-old minor who was allowed inside the LOD Club in Thamel.

Earlier, owner Rajusingh Suwal was arrested by the Police from Baluwatar on Thursday evening. A 15-year-old minor who went to the LOD club was raped by 50-year-old Sudan Koirala from Pokhara, who took her to his room in Lalitpur on the 14th of June. Koirala has already been arrested by the police.
