Two more arrested in Lalita Niwas case

KATHMANDU, July 3: The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police has arrested two more people related to the Lalita Niwas case on Monday.

Former employees Ramesh Kumar Pokharel and Dev Narayan Maharjan are among the arrested, SSP Dinesh Acharya of the Bureau informed. 

Pokharel was the former head of the Samarjung Company under the Ministry of Home Affairs, while Maharjan was the temporary owner of the Lalita Niwas.

The bureau had previously arrested three people on Sunday. Nine people have been arrested so far in the Lalita Niwas case.
