Lalita Niwas Case: Three including Min Bahadur Gurung in hospital

KATHMANDU, June 30: The three arrested in the Lalita Niwas Case have been hospitalized. The Operator of the Bhat Bhateni Supermarket Min Bahadur Gurung, former Election Commissioner Sudhir Shah and former Branch Officer Dharma Prasad Gautam have been hospitalized at the Tribhuwan University Teaching Hospital in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu according to an officer of the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB).

Only one of the accused, Gopal Karki, in the case of forging government documents and embezzlement of the land, is now in CIB’s custody.

The testimony is being taken against the accused in the CIB from Friday, today.

They were all arrested on June 27.
