SC issues show cause order in Lalita Niwas Case

KATHMANDU, June 30: The Supreme Court has issued a show cause order in the case filed by those arrested in the Lalita Niwas Case on Friday.

The bench of Justice Dr. Kumar Chudal issued a show cause order to the Ministry of Home Affairs in the case filed by the arrested in the case Min Bahadur Gurung, Sudhir Shah, and Dharma Prasad Gautam who claimed that it was illegal to arrest them in a case that had expired.
