JSP Statute Convention: Group discussion today

KATHMANDU, June 26: Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) Nepal’s statute convention is continuing today as well. On the second day of the convention, the statute presented by the party Chairman Upendra Yadav will be discussed by dividing into 10 groups.

The group discussion is going to be held on the draft statute which Chairman Yadav proposed yesterday, on Sunday. Around 800 representatives from all over the country and from abroad including 410 Central Committee members, and members from the provincial and district committees, and fraternal organizations, are participating in the group discussions.

Chairman Yadav will be powerful again if the statute of JSP Nepal is passed to return it to a single leadership again. In addition to the provision of an age limit of 70 years, the statute has been presented with a new provision such that a person cannot hold the same position for more than two terms.
