14 workers return to Nepal from being rescued in UAE
KATHMANDU, June 21: 14 Nepali workers have returned to Nepal after being rescued in United Arab Emirates (UAE). They were rescued by the Dubai-based Non-Resident Madhesis Association UAE (NRMA) after being in trouble in UAE.
They were rescued and returned home to Nepal after being unable to return home for a long time because of various troubles, informed the Association's Treasurer Sadam Ansari.
Among the workers in UAE, some of their VISAs were not renewed after their 2-year contract, some of them were not given a job and some of them were not even provided food and accommodation by their companies. They were rescued by the association and returned home through Air Arabia Flight.
Saptari's Arjun Sada, Sunsari's Ajit Kumar Mehta, Rautahat's Ijamanan Hak Sheikh and Jumla's Krishna Nepali and others are among the rescued.
