Chinese airplane successfully lands at Pokhara Airport

POKHARA, June 21: An international flight successfully landed for the first time on Wednesday at Pokhara International Airport. The flight of the Chinese airline "Sichuan Airlines" landed at the Pokhara International Airport, which has been in operation since January 1, 2023.

According to the Civil Aviation Authority, an airplane from China landed at the Pokhara International Airport for the first time carrying 130 passengers.

National Assembly Speaker Ganesh Prasad Timilsina, along with MPs Pradeep Yadav, Dhawal Shamsher Jabara, Deepa Gurung, Udaya Bahadur Bohara, Harishankar Chaudhary and Jeevan Pariyar, who were on a visit to China, also landed in Pokhara on the same plane.

The plane landed at Pokhara Airport at 9:06 am on Wednesday after taking a chartered flight from Chengdu-Tianfu International Airport in China.
