KATHMANDU, June 15: Main Administrative Centre Singhadurbar has started monitoring its civil employees at the front gate after they left the office during working hours. The employees were reported to have disappeared the whole day but they were marked as present in the attendance. The office started monitoring its employees at the front gate under the direction of the National Vigilance Centre.
