Hearing of writ against Prachanda, Baburam today

KATHMANDU, June 13: A hearing on a writ petition filed in the Supreme Court against Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal alleging child army abuse is being held today. The hearing in the writ filed by former unqualified fighter Lenin Bista and others is being held today.

A case against Prime Minister and Chairman of CPN Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, Nepal Samajbadi Party Chairman Dr. Baburam Bhattarai, and others on Sunday in the Supreme Court. Lenin Bista, the Chairman of the former Children's Army and retired People’s Liberation Army Nepal, Krishna Prasad Dangal, the founding coordinator of the retired People’s Liberation Army, and others filed a case against Prime Minister Prachanda, former Prime Minister Dr. Bhattarai, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Defence, National Human Rights Commission, and others.
