Pyuthan car accident update: 8 people dead

DANG, June 12: 8 people, including 4 children, died in a car accident near the Swargadwari Temple of Pyuthan on Monday. The car numbered Lu 1 Cha 6345 met with an accident in Swargadwari Municipality-4 Bhetuke while returning from Swargadwari temple.

8 people including 2 men, 2 women and 4 children were injured in the car when the car fell 50 meters down the road, District Police Office Pyuthan's Spokesperson Sushil Thapa informed.

Thapa informed that 8 involved in the accident died after taking them to District Hospital Pyuthan for treatment. Their bodies are kept in the district hospital at the moment. The identities of the deceased are yet to be revealed.
