Balen in India, Greater Nepal map in his office room

KATHMANDU, June 8: A map of greater Nepal has been put in the office of the Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan, Balen Shah. The personal secretary of Mayor Shah, Bhupadesh Shah informed that a map of Greater Nepal has been kept in the office room of Mayor Shah at the National Assembly House.

Mayor Shah is currently in Bangalore, India. His personal secretary, Bhupadesh Shah, said that the Secretariat has placed the map of greater Nepal upon Mayor Shah’s instructions.

India has kept a map of Greater India in its Parliament. Nepal's Lumbini and Kapilvastu are also included in the map, which has been strongly opposed in Nepal.

While India's action is being protested by the general public, a map of Greater Nepal has been placed in the office of Mayor Balen Shah. The Nepali territory before the Sugauli Treaty is included in the map of greater Nepal.

Balen instructed to place the map saying that the history of Nepal cannot be erased by anyone.
