Congress top leaders meet in Dhumbarahi

KATHMANDU, May 11: A meeting of office bearers and former office bearers of Nepali Congress has started today Thursday at 2:30 pm. The topics of discussion in the meeting are, the central member of the party, Balakrishna Khand, who was arrested in the case of fake Bhutanese refugees, the internal activities of the party, and the selection of ministers in the provinces.

General Minister Gagan Thapa and Bishwaprakash Sharma proposed the suspension of Khan from the party in Wednesday's meeting. The expansion of the party's fraternal organizations, the formation of the party's central department, etc. are also being discussed. 

Similarly, the agenda of the meeting is also about choosing the ministers of Madhes, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Sudurpaschim provinces.
