HoR meeting postponed for 15 minutes after RPP MPs' obstruction

KATHMANDU, May 10: The House of Representatives meeting has been postponed for 15 minutes after the MPs of the Rashtriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) interrupted the meeting of the House of Representatives demanding to speak at an emergency time. RPP MP Rajendra Lingden and others demanded time to speak about the growing corruption in the country.

Speaker Devraj Ghimire said that zero time had been allocated for speaking and requested to allow the meeting to proceed. The meeting has been postponed for 15 minutes when the RPP MPs surrounded the Rostam after the Speaker started the meeting amidst RPP's obstruction.
