Nepal records 106 new cases of COVID-19 and one death in the past 24 hours

KATHMANDU, April 11: The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) reported 106 new cases of COVID-19 in Nepal on Tuesday. The cases were detected after conducting 2,436 tests in the past 24 hours. Unfortunately, one person also died due to COVID-19 on the same day.

However, there is also some good news as 48 individuals who had earlier tested positive for the disease have now recovered.

The recent surge in COVID-19 cases in Nepal is a cause for concern and highlights the need for people to continue following safety protocols such as wearing masks, maintaining social distance, and getting vaccinated.
