Japan's new rocket launch into space fails, demolished in space

March 8: Japanese Space Agency, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) suffered heavy losses on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, as the agency's new rocket H3 failed to launch on its first flight.

It was a medium-lift rocket, which was launched correctly, but the second-stage engine didn't start, which made the rocket drift. Due to this, the rocket was demolished in space by an explosion.

The rocket was manufactured by the Japanese Space Agency, which had plans to launch satellites at lower costs than Elon Musk's SpaceX company. The height of the rocket was 187 feet.

The rocket took off on Tuesday from Tanegashima Space Port located in Kagoshima Prefecture in Southwest Japan.
