Earlier, Prasai had conducted the Mechi Mahakali campaign from Jhapa to Kanchanpur with the same agenda.

Prasai started this campaign after meeting with the former king Gyanendra Shah in Jhapa. In addition, the lower-level workers of RPP have also participated in this campaign. In the rally held before the program in Baneshwar, the participants demanded the establishment of a monarchy, the establishment of a Hindu nation, and the implementation of the 2047 constitution.

During his speech at the program, Prasai accused the current leaders of selling and eating the industries built during the king's time and when trying to operate new industries, they made him hang on a mango tree like a criminal. He said that the comrades, named Communists, who talked about the proletariats are in the palace now from the proletariat's votes. He added that they have five or six houses in Kathmandu and they have even sent money from here to Dubai. He mentioned that the people whom they have pointed out to become communists are now living in the jungle.
