What do political parties have to say about former King Gyanendra’s proposal?

KATHMANDU, Fe 19: Former royal highness King Gyanendra Shah proposed to collaborate with political parties recently.
On the occasion of 73rd National Democracy Day, Shah proposed to join hands with political parties in a bid to safeguard Democracy and develop the country.

Nepali Congress: Unnecessary and baseless
CPN-UML: Shah himself is confused
CPN (Maoist Center) : Baseless
Rastriya Swatantra Party: Neutral
Rastriya Prajatantra Party: Positive move
