KATHMANDU, Feb. 13: Balaju area of Kathmandu has become tense. Transport businessmen and labourers protested against the traffic rules implemented by the traffic police. When the transport businessmen and labourers protested by burning tires on the road, a situation of two-sided clashes arose as well.
In coordination with the Kathmandu Metropolitan City, transport businessmen, and labourers became angry when a rule was made that the vehicles parked at Balaju, Machhapokhari and other places should be parked only in the new bus park.
