KATHMANDU, Feb. 10: Traffic in Kathmandu Valley has been hugely affected when President Bidya Devi Bhandari went to address the Federal Parliament. When the road from the President's Office to the Parliament Building was closed for President Bhandari's ride, the road became chaotic.

Along with Kathmandu, a long line of vehicles has been seen up to Lalitpur and Bhaktapur. It has also become difficult to find public vehicles for the common people who are in the rush to return home.

President Bidya Devi Bhandari addressed the joint meeting of the House of Representatives and the National Assembly. President Bhandari addressed the joint meeting of both houses of the federal parliament in accordance with Clause (2) of Article 95 of the Constitution of Nepal.
