UML’s Lila Giri appointed CM of Lumbini Province

KATHMANDU, Jan 11: Lili Giri, the parliamentary party leader of CPN-UML of Lumbini Province, has been appointed the Chief Minister of the province on Wednesday.
Giri has been backed by CPN (Maoist Center) and Rastriya Prajatantra Party along with CPN-UML.
Giri is scheduled to take office on 1 PM, Thursday.
