My claim is for Home Minister along with Deputy Prime Minister: Ravi Lamichhane

Kathmandu - Ravi Lamichhane, president of Rashtriya Swatantra Party, has admitted that he has claimed the post of Home Minister along with Deputy Prime Minister. However, he said that he has given the responsibility to the Prime Minister to decide who will be given which ministry.

Reacting after the discussion of the power coalition in Baneshwar, Chairman Lamichhane said that he is going to the government with his agenda. "Our decision was to share power, to help, and by asking for votes, to share this agenda", he said. "We have left the responsibility to the Prime Minister regarding the distribution of responsibilities", he added.

He said that their conditions are about forming an anti-corruption commission, voting rights for those living abroad as well as social and economic support, and the coalition has agreed on that promise.
