18 vehicles including 15 trucks carrying wastes vandalized at Banchare Danda

KATHMANDU, Aug 9: Vehicles en route to Banchare Danda-based landfill from Kathmandu carrying waste materials were vandalized on Tuesday.

15 trucks, two loaders and one excavator were vandalized, according to the police.

Investigation against those involved is currently underway, according to Inspector Laxmi Khadka of the District Police Office, Nuwakot.

So far, those involved in the incident have not been identified.
