Govt administering COVID-19 vaccines to children in these 27 districts from Thursday

KATHMANDU, June 22: The government is all set to administer COVID-19 vaccines to children aged between 5 to 12 years in 27 districts from Thursday.

The government will be inoculating the first dose of the vaccine from June 23 to June 29 and second dose from July 18 to July 24.

Here is the list of the districts where the vaccine will be inoculated in the first phase:

-Jhapa

-Ilam

-Morang

-Sunsari

-Saptari

-Dhanusha

-Parsa

-Siraha

-Mahottari

-Kathmandu

-Lalitpur

-Bhaktapur

-Kavrepalanchowk

- Chitwan

- Sindhuli

- Makwanpur

- Kaski

- East-Nawalparasi

-Surkhet

- Kailali

- Kanchanpur

- Dadeldhura

The second phase of the vaccination will kick off in the remaining 50 districts from August 21.
