KATHMANDU, May 8: At the time when the social media and general public are criticizing Chairman of CPN (Maosit Center) regarding his ‘threat’ while addressing a public gathering at Chitwan, Dahal has maintained that if the ruling alliance loses in the upcoming local level election, the nation will lose. "It is not a threat but reality."

Addressing a similar mass gathering at Pokhara on Sunday, Dahal said that there will be troubles in the nation if the ruling alliance loses in the upcoming local election.

“The main competition in the upcoming local level election is between the democratic forces and anti-democratic forces. If anti-democratic forces win the election, there will be troubles,” Dahal said. “I had made similar statements in Chitwan and that is not a threat but a reality,” he added.
