May 1: At the time when the country is all set for the local level elections, political parties and candidates  are busy holding meetings with local authorities, people and publishing their manifestos.

As the final showdown is on our door steps, political parties and candidates are making various ‘commitments’ and putting forth their plans and agendas, but these agendas at the end are usually limited to papers. Voters are compelled to select the best leaders from among the worst.
