Elected representatives initiate efforts to expand electricity supply in Baitadi

Baitadi, The recently elected parliamentary and provincial members from the district have set themselves on the path to carry out development activities. 
As part of their efforts to expand electricity distribution, they jointly urged the regional office of the Nepal Electricity Authority, Attariya to work to this effect. 
They demanded that construction work of Motinagar substation, Patan-Melauli substation, Giregada substation and Kataujpani substation be sped up. 
"Approximately 10 local levels of the district are deprived of electricity. We have initiated efforts to provide electricity access to all local people," said an elected parliamentary member Liladhar Bhatta.
