Six more elected to NC’s CWC from Karnali and Sudur Paschim
KATHMANDU, Dec 22: The central election committee of the Nepali Congress announced vote count results for central committee members under different clusters, on Tuesday.
According to the committee, Karna Bahadur Budha and Rajiv Bikram Shah have been elected the central working committee members securing 2,200 and 2,820 votes respectively. They were elected CC members representing Karnali Province (Open).
Similarly, under the Karnali Province (Woman) cluster, Janaki Singh made it to the central committee, winning a total of 2,624 votes against Maina Karki Rawal’s 1,955 votes.
Those elected CC members from Sudur Paschim Province (Open category) include Yagyaraj Joshi (2,044) and Dr Ran Bahadur Rawal (2,669).
Sushila Mishra Bhatta, who secured 2,422 votes, has been elected as the central working committee member of the ruling party. She contested the election from Sudur Paschim Province (Woman category).
