Hello Sarkar launches call center

 

Kathmandu, The Hello Sarkar, government’s official portal under the Office of Prime Minister and Council of Ministers to receive public grievances, has launched a call center. 
According to Hello Sarkar’s officer Ramchandra Koirala, the call center services have been in place since December 14. The objective of the operation of a call center is to operate the Hello Sarkar’s activities through a wire system and instantly report public grievances to authorities concerned. 
Now, public can report their problems to the government by dialing 1111 through a call center. Center’s employees will immediately report their issues to authorities concerned through a computer system. The recording system is also available at the center. 
Hello Sarkar’s employee Rupak Aryal hoped that with the launching of a new system, they need not deal with such type of people who used to call at the Hello Sarkar’s system in the past just for fun. The call center services are available from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm every day. The portal was launched on November 3, 2011 also receives public grievances through email, facebook and twitter as well. Its call center receives up to 15 complaints daily.
