KATHMANDU, September 25: Nepal Panchanga Nirnayak Samiti (Calendar Determination Committee) has said that 10:02 am on October 15 is the most auspicious time to receive Dashain tika this year.
Ghatasthapana, the first day of the 15-day Dashain, which is scheduled for October 7, should begin before 11:46, according to the chairperson of the committee Prof Shree Krishna Adhikari.
The biggest festival is celebrated by Hindu people from across the globe in particular.
