1,476 new corona cases detected Friday
1,550 recoveries, nine deaths reported

KATHMANDU: As many as 1,476 of those 15,690 samples tested positive for the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Friday.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), the total number of infections has reached 78,9872 (through PCR tests) and 90,280 (antigen tests).
Meanwhile, 1,550 more people got over the disease taking the total number of recoveries to 758,504. This stands at 96.03 percent.
Nine other patients, however, succumbed to the disease which has taken the total fatalities to 11,081 as of Friday afternoon.
