KATHMANDU, September 12: Police have arrested a racket demanding Rs 30 million after planting a bomb at Matrika Eye Center in Kathmandu.
The Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu have arrested three people in this connection from Kathmandu and Dhading.
The accused will be made public amid a press conference later this afternoon, said SP Ramesh Kumar Basnet, spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu.
A team of Nepal Army had detonated the bomb planted in the hospital.
