EX-PM Khanal to return Nepal from Delhi on Monday

KATHMANDU, August 29: The former Prime Minister and leader of CPN (Unified Socialist), Jhalanath Khanal is scheduled to return to Nepal from Delhi, the capital of India, on Monday afternoon.

Khanal has been undergoing treatment after having kidney-related issues in the Apollo Hospital in India. Khanal had flown to Delhi on June 16.

Khanal is returning home as his health situation is gradually improving, according to his secretariat.

Khanal was also admitted to Norvic Hospital in Kathmandu earlier on June 4.
