Infographics: China leading Olympic medal tally

KATHMANDU, Aug 8: China has been leading the medal tally in the ongoing Olympic game being held in Tokyo, Japan. 

As of Monday morning, China has so far won a total of 51 medals including 24 gold, 14 silver and 13 bronze. 

While the United States (US) is on the second spot with 20 gold, 23 silver and 16 bronze medals, the hosts Japan are placed in the third position with 31 medals including 17 golds.
